I followed a training in bioinformatics at the University of Paris Diderot. This formation focused on the modeling of structures of living molecules such as proteins and their applications in medical research but also in the pharmaceutical industry. I then became interested in methods for processing high-throughput DNA sequencing data. First for applications in medical research and now for ecological research. I work at CEFE, one of the most important research laboratories in ecology in Europe, where I bring my programming skills to several scientific projects in collaboration with international teams.
