Owner studied Biology with a Post Doctor degree in Biology. So the owners have very solid knowledge about food and health. We cook fresh BBQ meat and food in front of each individual customer, not like others, pre-cooked a lot and warm up for the customers when there`s order. We provide a large amount of BBQ meat for each order, like we provide 11-12 pieces of shrimp in BBQ beef & Shrimp or BBQ chicken & shrimp. But our competitors just put 6-8 pieces of shrimp in the similar mix food. We don`t have any flours to cover the meat or shrimps, while others use 50% flours to cover meat and shrimps, to reduce the cost. But we only use pure meat and shrimp, no flour to cover them.
