I have worked for Project and Demand Management, Process Improvement, Strategy Management departments on all the companies I`ve worked. I have been managing transformation programs and projects, business development projects, systemic, SDLC, process, software projects, organizational improvement and re-engineering processes with logic of saving and improvement. On the projects that I have been managing; Management and information areas such as Cost Management, Scope Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Integration Management, Communication Management, Risk Management and Procurement Management are managed according to the standards by me. Also in the companies which I have been working I manage the projects according Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies according needs. On the most of projects I worked as Scrum Master or Agile Coach. The preparation of various reports on the basis of the traceable numerical values on the projects and programs and regular submission to the top management are also carried out by me for the projects and programs that I am responsible for. I have been conducting leadership of teams to complete all systemic and organizational steps in taking decisions directly affecting profitability. If there is a need on the projects that are managed in the company which I have been working, I have been working as Project Consultant or Mentor. In addition there are articles and reports I have written about project management in companies where I work.
