I am a GIS Analyst and work at Wollondilly Shire Council as a GIS Officer. At work we use Microsoft SQL Server as a geospatial database, bot SSIS and FME Desktop for automation, MapServer (presented as IntraMaps) for web publishing and QGIS for one of analysis and map creation. I also make maps for fun - Rogaining and Orienteering. I like to use Python but my employer does not! ©
