I focus on cost-effective common-sense processes and problem-solving approaches. Some challenges require rigour and repeatable process methodologies, others require adaptive or responsive approaches. I am well versed in the use of Agile methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban, as well as iterative and waterfall based ( PMBOK ) project methodologies. I am equally adept at implementing transactional business models, such as Product Support, Professional Services, and Bureau Service process. I believe that “Technology is a means to an end, not an end in itselfâ€, however, you do not have a business without appropriate enabling technology. I enjoy assisting businesses to select and implement the appropriate technology to support their overall solution, based on the careful balance between cost of ownership, existing skill base, functional and non-functional requirements.
