(Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs and other social media). • Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants. • Conduct the 1st round of interview (telephonic) to judge if the candidate would be suitable for the position. • Follow Up’s • Maintaining Report and Trackers. • Maintaining a track of candidates attending the interview and follow up on the same • Scheduling candidate’s interview with the clients/employers • Keeping track of interview feedback from the candidate and employer’s end. • Follow up with clients if there is delay in the feedback either by directly calling them or through mails. • Sharing shortlisted candidate’s documents across with the employers/client. • Building a good Rapport with the clients and have to work as a bridge or medium between the clients and the company and placing the candidates in a good company according to the profile they want or have • Meeting company’s targets.
