For years I worked as a manager in some capacity and would grow increasingly frustrated with either the lack of systems in place to facilitate processes or no processes in place. I would develop systems utilizing already built programs but I grew frustrated with the lack of customization possible. This is where I started to learn to code which then became a hobby and evolved into a career. Now I am a ruby on rails fanatic with training in other stacks as well. ©
