Discussing with the client about the description and responsibilities for a job and the level of performance expectation from the candidate (expert/intermediate/Senior/Mid/Junior, etc.) • Rate Negotiation • Conduct preliminary phone interviews and perform reference checks. • Develop and format resumes for effective initial presentation of the candidate to the clients • Finding and hiring candidates on the company’s payroll, W2 on an hourly or on a yearly basis. • Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and client. • Building up good Database of candidates and clients. • Maintain accurate applicant tracking files for all the candidates considered for a specific position. General administrative responsibilities as needed. • Understanding the client’s requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates. • Finding suitable requirements for candidates on bench. • Extensive search on Internet sites for job postings. • Involved in active submissions of candidates our H1 C2C resources. • Placed Green card holders and Citizens for different skills. • Enhancing company’s database to be used by all recruiters for sourcing purposes. • Monitoring and follow-up till final selection. • Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.
