just go there and do it you know to mean a warm-up first makes you get warm you know ride the bike or whatever and yeah just go to the exercises take your time you know make sure that you know how to perform the exercises that are in there and then find your form the form that is right for you because that`s the exercises I want you to do the form the way it works for you and yeah go from there the only thing is that you find your twiki or anything one day or not I`d say you don`t feel right or anything don`t
