My name is Michael Hirsch. I have worked in education for the past 13 years teaching high school science courses. I have recently decided to pursue a career change into the field of Information Technology. I just earned my CompTIA A+ certification and am now working on my CompTIA Network +. I learned a lot about virtualization and operating systems in my studying for the CompTIA exams. I have a lot of experience with both Windows and Mac OS X, I had almost none with Linux. So I am here to develop my Linux skills. I am currently using Oracle VM Virtual Box and just grasping the basics of Ubuntu. ©
