College education on computer programming, but never employed within an IT capacity. I enjoy coding for myself on my free time and prefer VB6 since it is what I learned the most about and have used primarily up to this point. I understand C/C++ code, but it isn`t really my forte`. At this time I`m learning on my own VB.Net. As difficult as it is to learn on your own, and as frustrating as VB.Net can be, I`m seeing the benefits in it and actually embrace some of the blending of the C style coding within it.
