Currently working with Grails 2.4.4 (built on Java Spring), AngularJs 1.5, Groovy, Java, REST web services, JasperSoft reports, Twitter Bootstrap, Linux shell scripts, and some Python and Perl scripts. SQL Server, Postgres queries, stored procedures in Hibernate, GORM, and SQL. Main focus is data gathering with SQL and shell scripts called by Java or Python. parsing text, CSV, XML, and JSON files with Java. processing data files with Java / Groovy; importing data into database; then applying business rules to database to generate alerts and reports every 15 minutes - 30 days. Used to work a lot with MySQL and Oracle stored procedures and queries for business intelligence reporting. Mostly worked with data collection and backend data processing. Now doing more full stack development, involving more front end web page work. Hobbies - golf, snowboarding, running, hiking, making my own recipes for foods, coffee, and frozen drinks/smoothies, figuring out the best combinations of anti-oxidant / vitamin supplements, sponsoring extra-curricular activities for my kids elementary school. ©
