Mechanical engineer for Koch Heat Transfer, specializing in hairpin heat exchanger design and fabrication. I automate tedious tasks at work using whatever tools I have available (AutoLISP for AutoCAD tasks, VBA for spreadsheet manipulation, Python for general tasks, etc.). In short, the more I write code at work the more I want to learn how to develop full-scale applications in order to implement ideas I have (for desktop and/or mobile platforms). This means learning new techniques and languages, mostly Objective-C (along with C and C++), Swift, .NET, and Java. I`m also into photography and web design (I shoot for and maintain my wife`s blog, ), family life with my wife and daughter, and building Arduino-based UAVs.
