I am an experienced IT professional, with 7+ years of experience working for multiple high-profile clients on different roles, such as System Admin, Service desk analyst, Network Admin, Site reliability engineer/Cloud support engineer. I am capable of working as an individual and as a team player. I have experience working within challenging environments, with demanding delivery timescales. I have hands-on experience working with windows, Microsoft and Cisco technologies. I am also skilled in Cloud technologies particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS). My colleagues would describe me as a Meticulous and self-motivated worker, excellent at juggling multiple tasks, and the ability to work under pressure. I have an amazing record in customer satisfaction because, I believe that organizations value their customers the most, without the customer especially a returning customer, then the company would be put out of business. That is why I try to deliver the very best of customer service to our customers. I will always put my customer’s needs first and am driven to go out of my way to provide them with the best service.
