Hey y`all! I`ve been creating software professionally for the last 13 years, but my first experiences writing code go back to my school days, when I was just 10-years old. I count with a Master Degree in Software Engineering and my expertise span multiple industries: software developer tools, e-commerce, automotive. My focus over the last 6 years has been around the Identity and Access Management space, building the authentication and authorization platform for large-scale publicly-traded organizations. I generally gravitate towards technical leadership positions, leading engineering teams to deliver solutions to complex business-critical engineering problems, with special attention to the intersection between incremental delivery, industry best-practices and quality. Some of the highlights of my career include the creation of large-scale, highly available and fault-tolerant authentication and authorization services, and the refactor and generalization of conditional access controls in an extremely-large monolithic codebase in a fully-distributed engineering team. I`ve worked fundamentally with Go, Java and Ruby programming languages, but those who`ve worked with me know I am genuinely passionate about learning about software engineering technologies in general Videogames and music are my other passions: I`ve put thousands of hours into supporting the underground scene and doing music production and engineering, and I guess an embarrassing amount of hours into making pixels move around a screen
