I started making websites for fun at the age of 14 and never stopped. At the beginning of my career, I worked in an advertising agency, where I fell in love with creation and development of interfaces, so I chose to pursue a career as a Frontend Developer. Currently I work as a Software Engineer for BEN, in a fully remote team across the globe. Besides development, I love sharing what I learn. I do this by writing articles, giving talks and contributing to open source projects. I write articles for imasters.com.br, one of the largest open portals for software development in Brazil. I also write articles for hackernoon and my personal blog viniciusdacal.com. I’m one of the organizers of React Joinville, a meetup group where we discuss about React ecosystem and frontend techs in general.
