As a graduate of MIT, and a hobbyist in computers since age 11, I have been developing software since the early days of personal computers. I developed games directly in machine language, and I have seen the evolution of better and better programming languages, faster and more powerful computers. As I also attended the Sloan school of business at MIT, and worked with a Cambridge based financial consulting company. I have seen how business applications have gotten more sophisticated, and more complex. It is rare that a business can be entirely run by commercial off-the-shelf solutions... at least not with maximum efficiency. For the past twenty five years, between a mix of full time jobs, and periods of freelance consulting, I have been helping businesses of all sizes with custom software needs. I have worked both independently, and with teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. You will find me patient, attentive to your feedback, and willing to flex, and to think outside of the box to get the job done.
