After extending my education and contributing to the growth and success of several organizations, I am seeking new challenges as a Full Stack Developer. My love of coding began in high school when I created an application in BASIC to teach users the fundamentals of playing the guitar. The application prompted users to select guitar chords, then simple graphics were used to display an interpretation of a guitar neck with the chord structures. When play buttons were selected, accurate audio tones of the chords were emitted. My academic experience in multiple engineering disciplines introduced me to C++, G-code for CNC, and MATLAB for numerical simulation. I was always interested in coding, but I did not have a viable path to coding employment until I made the decision to attend the Coding Boot Camp at UT Austin. My educational background, combined with an array of occupational experiences, has given me a unique skill set and has been excellent preparation for a career with any organization. I have a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Texas State University, and I have extensive training in petroleum engineering from the University of Texas. I also have experience with operations management, project management, strategic planning, sales and contracting. I am very reliable, and I love learning! Coding is my favorite subject, and I am excited to continue my long-term career as a developer.
