I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2002 with my Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology focusing on Learning and Memory Processes. I started working at IBM in the Fall of 2000 in the area of Human Factors and Usability. I joined the WebSphere Application Server team in the Fall of 2003 and took ownership of the out of box experience, covering product packaging, installation, initial setup (profile creation), updates, betas and trials, and version to version migration. I continue to lead the Out of Box experience for WebSphere Application Server and also have taken on the roles of Project Manager for WebSphere Early Programs as well as the Accessibility Focal Point for the IBM Systems Middleware business unit.
