Mathematical Interests I am interested in any parts of mathematics which I can find an application in science. Some of these areas are Linear Algebra, Abstract Algebra, Topology, Real Analysis, Functional Analysis, Differential Geometry, Calculus of Variations, Ordinary Differential Equations and Partial Differential Equations. Something that doesn`t kill you will make you stronger. Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a life time. One cannot escape the feeling that these mathematical formulae have an independent existence and an intelligence of their own, that they are wiser than we are, wiser even than their discoverers, that we get more out of them than we originally put into them. Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think. Trying to prove formally what is seen intuitively and to see intuitively what is proved formally is an invigorating mental exercise.
