I am a passionate HR professional with both heart and mind. For me, empathy and an entrepreneurial mindset represent the basis of my daily work. I strongly believe in methods of collaboration, participation, and lifelong learning. Moreover, I am convinced that HR is the key to a company`s success when it comes to bringing people and KPIs together. In this context, I see myself as a link between management and employees. Over the past years, I have gained versatile experience in different industries and company sizes: From Grown-Up to Corporate to small Start-Up - in a fully responsible and autonomous way of working in the context of HR, Recruiting, and Active Sourcing. With my positive, solution-oriented, and persevering character, I show that there are always ways to attract the best employees for the company - and to keep and develop them. In my eyes, HR is not a silo function, but an important driver and barometer for the entire company. That`s why I`m very happy to share my knowledge with managers and colleagues and always look for pragmatic, but individually appropriate approaches to solving the company`s human challenges. In 2019, I have co-founded HR ROOKIES e.V. - a non-profit association for young HR professionals, and have been a member of the board since then.
